5-ton PowerGrip Bucket
Helac now offers the PowerGrip multi-purpose bucket in a 24-in. width and weighing approximately 525 lbs., suited for excavators up to 11,200 lbs. Designed as a general-purpose excavating bucket, it can also be used as a trenching, grading or clamshell bucket, and as a grapple or hydraulic thumb with a consistent holding force of 120° of movement. The unit can be operated using the excavator's existing auxiliary hydraulic circuit. The ready-to-use, pin-on attachment is easy to install with no welding, fabrication or in-field measurement required. Features include standard OEM lugging, an enclosed rotary actuator hinge design, high-strength, abrasion-resistant steel construction and quick-coupler compatibility.

BC2100XL Brush Chipper
The BC2100XL brush chipper can be powered by a 215-hp, 250-hp or 275-hp Tier III diesel engine. A 21-in. capacity and a 72-in.-wide infeed table allow for smooth material feeding to the 22" x 28" drum opening. Offset horizontal feed rollers have theoretical combined 10,000 lbs. of pulling force. A SmartCrush system provides increased down pressure on the material being fed and assists when feeding forked or branchy material. The SmartFeed system monitors engine rpm and automatically stops or reverses the rollers when feeding larger hardwood material. A belt-tensioned clutchless design eliminates the need for an over-center clutch that requires adjustment, rebuilding or replacing. Heavy-duty tandem torsion axles provide reliable off-road jobsite performance.

GS-506 Motorgrader System
The GS-506 motor grader and dozer grade control system features a user-friendly graphic interface with intelligent software architecture that guides the user through all system functions and allows for easy adjustment.
The GS-506 motor grader and dozer grade control system features a modular design that allows it to be upgraded from a basic 2-D grade and slope system to a total 3-D control system using a robotic total station or GPS receiver. Five sensors are used to control the blade. Rotation, long-slope and cross-slope measurements are all combined with the SonicSki+ and/or the LS-3000 laser receiver. A user-friendly graphic interface with intelligent software architecture guides the user through all system functions and allows for easy adjustment.
